Role Responsibilities Deliver individualized ABA therapy and behavioral support throughout the school day under the direction of a BCBA. Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans aligned with each student's learning goals. Record accurate data on behavior and progress. Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors to promote student success. Maintain documentation consistent with school and insurance standards. Participate in professional development and ongoing training sessions.
