School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst      Job Summary The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is an integral part of the Student Support team, ensuring the principles of applied behavioral analysis (ABA) methodology is implemented with fidelity to significantly improve students’ social and behavioral functioning.


BCBA salaries are exempt and start at $82,620  and increase with years of experience.

BCBAs can earn up to $4,000 in renewal add-ons to their base salary each year they return to KIPP DC.


This is a Full-time, fully on-site  role with an immediate start date.
