Position Summary
This position is for School-Based Case Managers who will provide case management services to qualified children and adolescents with AHCS' School-Based Services program. Responsibilities include linking, coordinating, assessing, referring, and consulting during the school day. Case managers will collaborate regularly with school personnel, therapists, and guardians, and may provide some brief crisis/supportive level counseling as needed.
