Job Description
This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position offers the opportunity to work within a K-12 school setting in Arvada, CO. The role supports a caseload predominantly focused on treatment and services across multiple schools, providing direct in-person care five days a week during standard school hours.
Key Details:
- Location: Arvada, Colorado
- Contract Type: School Year (CSY) Contract
- Grade Levels: Pre-K through 3rd grade (PK-3) for one opening; services span up to four schools for the other
- Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in-person (no virtual options)
- Caseload: Approximately 38 students, exclusively treatment/servicesno evaluations or report writing required
- Start Dates: One position begins February 17, 2026; the other is ASAP
- End Date: Both positions conclude May 29, 2026
- Credentials Required: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Candidates with Clinical Fellowship (CF) status will be considered; SLP Assistants (SLPAs) or Vocational candidates are not accepted

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid SLP licensure and certification appropriate for school settings
- Experience working with children in early childhood to elementary grade levels preferred
- Ability to provide direct speech and language treatment to diverse student populations
- Strong communication skills and collaboration mindset for working within a school multidisciplinary team
- Compliance with school contract and schedules
