School-Based Social Worker | Tecumseh, Michigan

A full-time Social Worker is needed to support K-12 students in a single-building school setting in Tecumseh, MI. This contract position covers maternity leave through the remainder of the current school year, with one opening available. Part-time candidates will also be considered, providing flexibility to accommodate different schedules.

Responsibilities include managing a caseload of approximately 41 students, delivering social work services that address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, and collaborating closely with educators, families, and community resources to support student success. The role requires a strong ability to assess student needs and develop individualized intervention plans within a school environment.
