Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week | MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Setting: Non-Public School | K12
Student Population: Students with Autism (Ages 621)
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a specialized non-public school serving students with autism, ages 621. This is a school-based role with a consistent weekday schedule and a highly supportive, structured environment.
Position Details:

Full-time preferred (40 hours/week)

Part-time considered (minimum 3 days/week)

K12 caseload; 100% autistic student population

Onsite, MondayFriday
Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans

Support classroom staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Monitor data, adjust programming, and ensure compliance with best practices

Provide guidance and training to school staff as needed
Requirements:

Active BCBA certification (required)

Experience working with students with autism in school or clinical settings preferred

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based school environment
