Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week | MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Setting: Non-Public School | K12
Student Population: Students with Autism (Ages 621)

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a specialized non-public school serving students with autism, ages 621. This is a school-based role with a consistent weekday schedule and a highly supportive, structured environment.

Position Details:

  • Full-time preferred (40 hours/week)

  • Part-time considered (minimum 3 days/week)

  • K12 caseload; 100% autistic student population

  • Onsite, MondayFriday

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans

  • Support classroom staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

  • Monitor data, adjust programming, and ensure compliance with best practices

  • Provide guidance and training to school staff as needed

Requirements:

  • Active BCBA certification (required)

  • Experience working with students with autism in school or clinical settings preferred

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based school environment
