School Behavior Specialist - Bethlehem, PA

This position offers an opportunity for experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide essential behavioral support in K-12 school settings during the Extended School Year (ESY).

Location & Schedule:

• Position based in Bethlehem, PA, with itinerant assignments across Bucks County schools and districts
• Part-time, Monday through Thursday, 8:45 AM to 2:45 PM (24 hours per week)
• Contract duration: June 25, 2026 to July 31, 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver applied behavior analysis services as a BCBA to support student behavioral needs
• Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies to promote positive student outcomes
