School Bus Dispatcher, Carp ON Split Shift

Voyago is currently recruiting for a Dispatcher for School Bus Drivers in Carp, Ontario.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Schools Dispatcher is responsible for the dispatch of drivers and providing accurate direction. The role also includes providing a high degree of customer service in a fast-paced work environment.

• Split shift hours
• Ensure dispatch and driver operations are in accordance with established standards.
• Creatively arrange routes and driver resources to ensure contracted routes are covered for driver illness and holidays.
• Customer Service Calls, Recurring rides & Special event co-ordination.
