The School Cleaner will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the school are kept clean, hygienic, and presentable, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices, toilets, and communal areas

Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting as required

Emptying bins and disposing of waste safely

Replenishing cleaning supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll

Following established cleaning schedules and checklists

Using cleaning equipment and materials safely and correctly

Reporting any maintenance issues, damage, or hazards to the appropriate staff

Adhering to health & safety and safeguarding procedures at all times
