Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for 36 Students
Plan menus that are diverse, healthy, and appealing
Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations
Keep inventory of kitchen supplies and place orders as needed
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment

Requirements:

Proven experience working as a Cook/Chef in a kitchen environment
Excellent culinary skills and a creative approach to menu planning
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practises
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
