School Counselor needed for a CBSE School in Gandhidham, Kutch, Gujarat Location: Gandhidham, Gujarat Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000/month (based on experience) HRA: Provided for outstation candidates School Timings: 7:35 a.m – 2:00 p.m Qualification: M.A./M.Sc. in Psychology or Counseling Psychology Experience: 3+ years in school counseling preferred Responsibilities: Provide emotional, behavioral, and academic support to students Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions Identify and address learning difficulties, anxiety, peer issues, and other challenges Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student well-being Organize workshops on mental health, stress management, and life skills Maintain confidential records and follow ethical counseling practices Skills: Strong interpersonal and listening skills Empathy, patience, and professionalism Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion Familiarity with child and adolescent psychology Comfortable using digital tools for documentation and communication Interested candidates kindly respond at [email protected]
