Job Description

A dedicated Christian educational institution is seeking an ICT Helpdesk Technician to provide Level 2 support and maintain ICT facilities. The successful candidate will resolve technical issues, provision new accounts and hardware, and ensure proper functioning of equipment. Applicants must have a Certificate III in Information and Communication Technology, strong troubleshooting skills, and be committed to Christian values. The position is full-time and located at the Mile End Campus.
