About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly credible School Improvement Officer to support and challenge-maintained schools across the city, helping to secure high-quality education and improved outcomes for all children and young people.
This is a key system leadership role, working closely with headteachers, senior leaders, governors and partners to deliver effective school improvement, particularly for schools causing concern or within an Ofsted category.
