manages daily operations, focusing on academics, staff, students, finances, and facilities to ensure a safe, effective learning environment compliant with standards, involving curriculum oversight, performance evaluation, policy enforcement, parent/community engagement, and strategic planning for school improvement. 
Key Responsibility Areas:
Leadership & Vision: Setting the school's direction, fostering a positive culture, and motivating staff and students. 
Academic Management:
Overseeing curriculum development and implementation, ensuring alignment with standards. 
Monitoring student progress and performance data to identify needs. 
Supporting and evaluating teachers, providing professional development. 
Staff & HR:
Supervising, hiring, training, and evaluating faculty and support staff. 
Managing teacher workloads, schedules, and professional growth. 
Operations & Administration:
Managing budgets, finances, and resource allocation. 
Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies. 
Handling daily operations, record-keeping, and communications. 
Student Welfare & Discipline:
Overseeing student discipline, safety, and well-being. 
Addressing student issues and providing support. 
Community & Stakeholder Relations:
Communicating with parents, the school board, and the wider community. 
Organizing school events and activities. 
Facilities & Safety:
Maintaining school buildings, grounds, and ensuring health/safety standards. 



Requirements
Developing a careful and creative program suitable for preschool children. Employing a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children. Observing each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
