Job Description
The Pittsford Central School District is seeking school lunch aides to support students during lunch and recess (if applicable) for the 2025-2026 school year. Duties may include but are not limited to:
+ Assisting students in the lunch line
+ Supervision of students while they eat
+ Supervision of students during recess (if applicable)
+ Moderate table and floor cleaning
+ Assisting with food packaging
The average workday will consist of 2.5 to 3 hours of work a day, late morning/early afternoon, Monday–Friday, excluding school holidays and vacations. This job offers the flexibility of work scheduling. You can work as many days out of the week as you desire and have the potential to sub in other areas of our school district when not doing lunch aide duties on the days you work.

+ Ability to work independently with minimal instruction and supervision
+ Ability to be an active listener and exhibit patience and flexibility
