School Nurse (LPN) - Bothell, WA

A part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position is available within a K-12 school setting in Bothell, WA. This contract role is designed to support the health and safety needs of a third-grade student on a one-to-one basis during the school year.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized nursing care, including tracheostomy suctioning and gastrostomy (G-tube) feeding.
• Assist with wheelchair access and lift support to ensure safe mobility.
• Monitor for potential seizures and respond appropriately.

Qualifications and Experience:
