Hazel Tree Education are working with an outstanding Specialist Secondary School in Wigan.

We are looking for an Administration Assistant to support the school office. As a School Office Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, manage day-to-day administrative tasks, handle pupil data, support attendance monitoring, and assist with general office duties.

Admin Experience- Essential

Knowledge/Experience with Microsoft Teams- Essential

Knowledge/Experience with EHCPs- Desirable

This will be a temporary position with a view to interviewing for a permanent position within the school.

Hours – 20 per week – 08:00-12:00 Monday to Friday

Successful candidates must have:

* An Enhanced DBS on the Update service or be willing to obtain one

* At least two references including most recent/current employer.

* Right to work in the UK.
