A full-time School Psychologist position is available at an elementary school in Denver, CO, offering a contract role from December 8 to May 22. This on-site opportunity involves managing a caseload of approximately 40 students, providing comprehensive psychological services to support their academic and emotional well-being. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to develop effective intervention strategies. Provide counseling and support services to students experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of tailored educational plans. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state regulations. Consult on crisis interventions and assist in school-wide mental health initiatives. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist. Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting. Strong assessment and diagnostic skills. Ability to develop and implement individualized interventions. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
