We are seeking a licensed School Psychologist to support two elementary schools in Longmont, CO, on a full-time leave replacement contract from March 9, 2026, through May 22, 2026. This role is ideal for a professional with current CDE School Psychologist licensure and prior school experience, looking to make a difference in the academic and social-emotional development of young students. Location: Longmont, Colorado (onsite) Elementary schools setting Contract Details: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Leave replacement position Spring break unpaid (March 16 to March 20, 2026) Serving at two elementary schools with a manageable caseload of approximately 1:50 Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments to identify students learning and behavioral needs Provide individual and group counseling support Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administration to develop tailored intervention plans Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and strategies Assist with crisis intervention and behavioral management plans as needed Preferred Qualifications: Current Colorado Department of Education (CDE) School Psychologist License Previous experience working within a school setting, preferably elementary level Strong understanding of assessment tools and intervention strategies Excellent communication and collaboration skills This contract offers the chance to support student well-being and contribute to their academic success within a vibrant school community.
