A K-12 school in Jacksonville, NC is seeking a qualified school psychologist for a contract position running through June 5th, 2026. This role involves supporting students from PreK through 12th grade with psychological assessments and interventions to promote their academic and emotional success. The position requires working 25-30 hours per week, providing flexibility while contributing essential services to the school community. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students K-12 Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student needs Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly Qualifications: Licensed or credentialed school psychologist Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred Strong assessment and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Additional Information: Contract position through June 5th, 2026 25-30 hours per week Immediate start preferred Interview availability: Next week Friday between 13 PM This opportunity is ideal for candidates interested in contributing specialized psychological services within a supportive educational environment.
