Soliant Education is seeking a full-time School Social Worker to support a district in Cary, Illinois for the 20252026 school year. This role will begin with an elementary (K5) assignment from February through April, followed by a high school caseload from April through the end of the year.

Position Overview

• Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday

• Dates: February 2026 End of School Year

• Caseload:

• K5 (FebruaryApril)

• High School (AprilEOSY)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect social work services aligned with IEP goals

• Conduct individual, group, and classroom-based socialemotional support

• Participate in IEP meetings, problem-solving teams, and crisis responses

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families

• Maintain accurate documentation and service logs

• Support MTSS interventions across assigned buildings

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)

• School Social Worker endorsement required

• Experience with elementary and/or high school students preferred

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range (IL): $40$55/hour, depending on experience
