A K-12 public school in Berkeley, CA is seeking a licensed and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential speech and language services throughout the academic school year. This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to work across multiple sites, supporting a diverse student population.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students with various communication needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Conduct assessments and provide ongoing documentation of student progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain professional standards and compliance with school district policies and state regulations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
• Valid California School Speech-Language Pathology credential or equivalent
• Experience working within K-12 public school settings preferred
• Ability to manage caseload across multiple school sites effectively
• No Clinical Fellows (CF) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) accepted for this role
• Proficiency in various speech and language intervention strategies appropriate for school-aged children

Work Schedule:

• Typically full-time hours, approximately 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, depending on assigned sites
• Start date as soon as possible; contract duration TBD aligned with the current school year timeline
