Job Description

A full-time in-person Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a K-12 public school located in Seattle, WA. This contract role runs through the current school year, with an immediate start and an end date of June 12, 2026. The position requires supporting a caseload of students across grades K-12.

Key responsibilities include providing speech and language services to students with diverse communication needs, collaborating with educators and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs), documenting student progress, and participating in team meetings.

Qualifications and experience desired:

  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid Washington State SLP license and Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
  • Completion of fingerprinting through the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI)
  • Experience working in school settings with K-12 students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site full time (7.5 hours/day, 37.5 hours/week)
