Job Description

An opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Grand Junction, CO. This contract position will span the current school year with immediate start and continue through the end of the school year. The role requires onsite presence and offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language pathology services to a mixed caseload of K-12 students.
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy aligned with student needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student performance.
  • Participate in relevant meetings and professional development as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required.
  • Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates considered.
  • Experience working with school-age children across various grade levels.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to provide direct, onsite services during school hours.
