A dynamic opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support K-12 students in Springfield, OR, on a contract basis for the current school year (CSY). This role involves working within a school setting, providing essential speech and language services tailored to the needs of school-aged children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students experiencing speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific speech and language goals.
  • Deliver targeted therapy sessions to promote communication skills and progress.
  • Monitor and document student progress with precision and clarity.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including educators and healthcare professionals, to coordinate care.
  • Engage families actively, educating and supporting them throughout the therapy process.
