What you will enjoy doing

  • Lead bids and tenders for new and existing clients from a technical perspective
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their engineering requirements
  • Increase the profitability of the portfolio through effective price & contract management, increase zone density and profitable use of product substitution
  • Drive new business wins consistent with the agreed terms is part of your role
  • Generate & convert leads through identifying customer business growth opportunities to grow sales and/or volume density
  • Understand, monitor and report competitor activity and market trends
  • Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities ensuring all information and interactions are recorded in SalesForce CRM
  • Improve the provision of products / services to customers and develop mutually rewarding relationships
  • Comply with BOC Safety Standards, Process, Procedures & Regulations

  • Solid technical sales / project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver sales and profit goals
  • Hands on experience in preparing strategic customer action plan
  • Strong understanding of price management (grow margin, pricing and profit) and solid business acumen
  • Advance presentation skills with excellent business development and influencing skills
  • Passionate about on-going development to enhance technical expertise in relevant field
