Job Description
We are onboarding an external Scientific Domain Advisor who will technically interview and shortlist senior wet-lab scientist candidates (Senior Scientist / Principal Scientist / Lab Lead level) for CRO and preclinical discovery roles.
This advisor is responsible for independently assessing scientific depth, experimental judgment, and leadership maturity in molecular and cellular biology–driven execution environments, particularly within BSL-2, CRO-style laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 30–45 minute deep technical interviews for senior wet-lab scientist candidates.
- Evaluate candidates on:
- True hands-on ownership of experimental design and execution
- Assay development, optimization, and validation experience
- Ability to troubleshoot failed or inconsistent experiments
