At Bo International, we don’t make “me-too” products. We work with top beauty brands and help them launch products that actually sell. Your mission is simple: study global beauty trends, understand the science behind them, and help us convert that into winning product ideas and stories.
This is not a routine lab role. This is a thinking role.
What you will do
- Track global skincare, haircare, and cosmetic trends (Korea, EU, US, Japan).
- Research new-age ingredients – biotech actives, encapsulated actives, fermentation-based ingredients.
- Work closely with our R&D lab to understand how formulations are built (you will be trained).
