Title: Scientific Research Anaylst – Beauty & Personal Care

(Science + Market Intelligence Role)

Mission

At Bo International, we don’t make “me-too” products. We work with top beauty brands and help them launch products that actually sell. Your mission is simple: study global beauty trends, understand the science behind them, and help us convert that into winning product ideas and stories.

This is not a routine lab role. This is a thinking role.


What you will do

  • Track global skincare, haircare, and cosmetic trends (Korea, EU, US, Japan).
  • Research new-age ingredients – biotech actives, encapsulated actives, fermentation-based ingredients.
  • Work closely with our R&D lab to understand how formulations are built (you will be trained).
  • Create clear product concepts and simple explanations for sales teams and clients.
  • Help sales teams explain why a product is special, not just what is inside it.
  • Prepare internal notes, comparison sheets, and product narratives.


Who you are

  • M.Sc / B.Pharm / B.Tech / M.Tech (Science background is compulsory).
  • Excellent at market research and competitor research
  • Very curious. You read, research, and ask “why”.
  • Strong analytical thinking. You can connect dots.
  • Comfortable working hard and owning outcomes.
  • You can explain complex things in simple language.
