As a growing scientific communications agency, we are seeking a driven leader (who will be designated as Manager, Quality and Training) to take on this pivotal role that spearheads the training and development of budding writers transitioning into medical communications. Responsibilities encompass crafting an intensive onboarding program, offering comprehensive feedback on deliverables across Med Comms, Med Info and publications, ensuring timely completion of training, and driving ongoing skill enhancement.
