Description 【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】 Downstream Bioprocess Science Lab (DSBP) in Chemical & Biological Technology Labs., Astellas performs process development for biologics such as a monoclonal antibody, process characterization study, and process technology transfer to external and internal manufacturing site. DSBP is also responsible for establishing the appropriate control strategy for IND/BLA submission and maintenance of commercial manufacturing for reliable supply with quality for multiple products. This position is required to lead Project (PJ) activities and support technology team members, and realize process development/manufacturing of biologics for Early/Late phase PJ. アステラス製薬 原薬研究所 ダウンストリームバイオプロセス研究室(DSBP)では、モノクローナル抗体をはじめとするバイオ医薬品のプロセス開発、プロセス特性評価(Process Characterization Study)、社内外製造サイトへの製造プロセスの移転業務を行っています。また、DSBPはIND/BLA申請のための適切な管理戦略を策定し、良好な品質管理に基づいて商業生産を維持管理する役割を担っています。 このポジションは、プロジェクト(PJ)や技術チームをリードし、初期/後期開発のバイオ医薬品のプロセス開発ならびに製造を推進することが期待されています。 【職務の内容 / Essential...
