Job Description:

An ideal candidate has a PhD degree in organic chemistry or a related field (or Master’s with years’ experience) with experience in bioconjugation and/or antibody drug conjugate (ADC) development. The candidate will be proficient in standard organic characterization techniques (HPLC, LC-MS, NMR, Q-NMR) as well as familiarity with bioanalytical techniques used for bioconjugation reaction monitoring/characterization ( CE-SDS, icIEF, soloVPE, etc.). The candidate will work as part of a drug development team with a range of responsibilities including conjugation reaction development, characterization of reaction profiles and kinetics studies, impurity and residuals removal ( ultrafiltration/diafiltration) and commercial process development activities.
