Pay Range: $50.22hr - $55.22hr



Responsibilities:

  • Recombinant baculovirus generation, WVB.

  • Protein Expression in the baculovirus insect cell system in shake flasks.

  • Cell maintenance, transfection, infection, and harvest of viral stocks from suspension culture.

  • Sampling culture flasks and preparation of samples for analytical testing.

  • Performing standard molecular biology tasks such as DNA purification, PCR, Western blot, FACS, and SDS-PAGE techniques.

  • Perform titer assays.

  • Perform aseptic techniques.

  • Wash glassware and USP process equipment

  • Design, analyze and document experiments, maintain proper records electronically and in lab notebooks.
