TYPE OF POSITION: CONTRACT
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Organize and distribut relevant communications and documents to customers, including contracts, quotations, orders and invoices.
Coordinate and manage all outbound shipments to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
Create Sales Order (SO), Delivery Orders (DO) and all required shipping documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Ensure goods and shipping documents are delivered to customers on time, and proactively update shipment status to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with freight forwarders to arrange shipments and documentation, ensuring customs clearance and delivery are completed according to the agreed schedule.
Liaise with the warehouse team to coordinate loading and unloading arrangements for export shipments.
Manage invoice issuance and reslove any billing-related issues promptly.
