Role Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Oracle Supply Planning and Demand Planning modules
- Understand client needs and deliver functional specs and solutions
- Manage Fusion SCM setups: items, GOP, work areas, resources
- Perform UAT, provide resolutions, and track SLA/KPI adherence
Key Deliverables:
- End-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud support and enhancements
- Process documentation and training materials
- UAT test cases and business sign-off
- Timely issue resolution and root cause analysis
