Tasks

  • 3 PL Management
    o Supervise and guide any 3PL dedicated to MAHLE’s account to ensure 3PL performance 
    according to set KPIs for optimization of manpower and cycle time
    o Monthly standard reporting of 3PL performance

  • Warehouse Management Systems
    o Define WMS rules and function adapted to business requirements

  • Bi-annual warehouse stock take

  • Forwarder costs optimization

  • Projects for Process Enhancements/Upgrades
    o Assist in feedback and implementation of any projects undertaken to enhance the supply chain processes or business innovation and excellence
    o Seek optimization in supply chain processes in getting close to the business activities, trends and strategies

  • Support business projects and drive improvement projects in Japan
