Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of software implementation projects focused on SCM planning solutions.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders including business users, technical teams, and vendors to gather requirements and ensure project alignment.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Drive project execution, monitor milestones, and proactively address issues or risks impacting project delivery.

• Manage configuration, customization, and integration activities related to SCM software applications.

• Coordinate change management initiatives, including user training and transition to operational support.

• Facilitate communication and status reporting to all levels of stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards such as Agile or PMP methodologies.

• Foster strong vendor management and coordination in software implementation and support.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and introduce innovations within SCM and implementation processes.



Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager in software implementation roles with a strong focus on SCM planning domain.

• Proven track record managing end-to-end software implementations, ideally ERP or SCM software solutions.

• Deep knowledge of SCM planning concepts of Demand & Supply Planning.

• Strong expertise in project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and excellent risk management skills.

• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
