Job Description

This role ensures disciplined Agile execution, effective sprint orchestration, transparent reporting, and overall delivery health across frontend, mobile, BFF, QA, and DevOps teams.

Detailed Responsibilities


Agile Delivery & Coaching

  • Facilitate all Agile ceremonies with rigor and focus on outcomes.
  • Coach teams on Agile best practices, sprint commitment, estimation, and delivery discipline.
  • Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies.

    • Project Management & Coordination

  • Maintain integrated delivery plans across multiple squads.
  • Track progress using Jira, Azure DevOps Boards, or equivalent tools.
  • Manage dependencies between architecture, web, mobile, and BFF teams.

    • Risk, Issue & Scope Management

  • Maintain RAID logs with constant updates to leadership.
  • Monitor risks related to timelines, staffing, technical blockers, or vendor delays.
  • Prevent scope creep and enforce change control processes.

    • Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

  • Provide weekly status updates, dashboard reporting, and velocity tracking.
  • Drive alignment with Program Manager for cross-workstream reporting.

    • Qualifications

  • 10+ years as Scrum Master or Agile PM.
  • Certifications: CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP (bonus).
  • Experience with modernization programs or multi-team Agile delivery.
