Scoping Engineer

Job Description

As the Scoping Engineer for the Director Management Office (DMO) for Knolls Laboratory site, you will create project plans for General Plant Projects, Major Construction Projects, and large Operationally Funded Projects in support of the site's modernization efforts. This will require close engagement with project sponsors to determine mission need, functional requirements, risk matrix, and cost estimates. This person will also take on additional work scopes as assigned to support the DMO team. 

Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a related technical, engineering or science field and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience; or Masters degree from an accredited college or university in a related technical, engineering or science field and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience; or Doctorate degree from an accredited college or university in a re...
