We are looking for a creative Script Writer to craft high-retention short-form video scripts, translate science into relatable stories, and drive trust-led engagement across digital platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Write high-retention scripts for short-form video content including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, performance ads, and product explainers.

• Create trust-worthy, engaging, and shareable scripts that educate audiences without sounding preachy or exaggerated.

• Translate complex science, ingredients, and formulations into clear, relatable, and easy-to-understand spoken language.

• Craft strong hooks and narrative flows that stop the scroll while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

• Collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist to execute defined content pillars, tones, and formats.

• Adapt scripts for different formats and personas such as founder-led videos, doctor/expert POVs, and UGC-style explainers.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience writing scripts for D2C brands, preferably in short-form or performance content.

• Strong command of conversational English (Hinglish is a plus) with the ability to write in a calm, confident, and credible tone.

• Proven ability to simplify complex topics, especially science-backed or informational content, without exaggeration.

• Strong understanding of what drives watch time, saves, and shares on short-form video platforms.

• Open to feedback, iteration, and structured creative processes; experience in wellness, health, or beauty is a plus.
