Scrub Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Support:

• Assist surgeons during orthopedic surgeries (particularly knee and hip replacements) as a scrub nurse.
• Ensure proper handling and sterilization of instruments before, during, and after surgery.
• Provide technical support to surgeons and hospital staff for Meril’s orthopedic implant systems.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Maintain detailed surgical reports and feedback from hospitals/surgeons.

Business Development & Marketing:

• Work closely with the regional sales team to identify new business opportunities and support existing clients.
• Participate in workshops, live surgeries, and conferences to promote Meril’s orthopedic portfolio.
• Gather market insights, competitor information, and feedback for strategic planning.
• Support distributors and sales partners in product promotion and customer engagement.

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Scrub Nurse in Orthopedic Surgery (knee and hip arthroplasty preferred).
• Experience in assisting surgeons and handling orthopedic implants and instruments.
• Exposure to international assignments will be an added advantage.
