Job Description
AS A SCRUM MASTER, YOU WILL:
Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives) to drive team rhythm and alignment. Collaborate with cross-functional roles—including Developers, Product Owners, and Release Train Engineers—to remove impediments and support team delivery. Champion agile practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement across teams and the broader organization. Coordinate with fellow Scrum Masters and train leadership to manage cross-team dependencies and align on shared initiatives. Support Program Increment (PI) planning and help guide agile adoption while maintaining team autonomy and ownership. Promote data-informed decision-making by leveraging metrics and actively embodying Agile and SAFe principles at all levels. WHO YOU ARE:
