This resource is a crucial link between the Support, Professional Services, and Technology teams, requiring patience, effective communication, coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Be proactive to learn the product and its many moving parts is important. Taking ownership and driving all activities related to customer deployment, incoming issues for technology resolution, and vulnerabilities remediation. This is an hourly position offering $55-$65/hr. based on experience.
