As a Scrum Master, you will make an impact by enabling your squad to deliver high‑quality outcomes through strong agile practices, effective flow of value, and proactive removal of impediments. You will be a valued member of the transformation delivery organization and collaborate closely with Product Owners, Area Triangles, and multiple cross‑functional teams.
In this role, you will:
- Protect the team from distractions and ensure focus on sprint goals by tracking sprint velocity, capacity, and progress.
- Facilitate essential agile ceremonies, ensuring the team aligns with Area and Group‑level rhythms.
