Coaching two Scrum teams to achieve greater Agile maturity while maintaining a sustainable and productive development pace
· Facilitating all Agile ceremonies, incl. sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to keep the teams aligned & on track
