About The Role
You will guide and coach agile teams to deliver customer value, build strong working relationships, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role contributes to enhancing delivery capability across Intelligent Solutions Delivery and supports high‑quality outcomes for stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Coach teams in Scrum and agile practices, enabling them to grow maturity, work effectively together, and deliver valuable outcomes for customersFacilitate planning activities, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and story mapping sessions to ensure clarity, alignment, and momentumBuild trusted relationships across business and technology groups, helping teams maintain transparency and manage changeRemove blockers and support teams to resolve challenges, driving flow and maintaining focus on outcomesSupport continuous improvement, championing practices that help teams work sustainably and maintain a high level of delivery qualityWork with Product Owners and Delivery Leaders to manage capacity, understand dependencies, and align delivery with strategy and roadmaps What You’ll Bring
Experience as a Scrum Master or similar agile delivery role, applying agile practices to support high‑performing teams in large organisationsAbility to guide teams using techniques such as user stories, continuous integration, automated testing, and iterative deliveryStrong communication and facilitation skills, using clear discussions to help teams resolve issues, navigate conflict, and stay focused on prioritiesTechnical understanding of software development and the delivery lifecycle, enabling confident conversations with engineering teamsComfortable adapting to change, working with distributed teams, and contributing to a supportive, dynamic environmentCertification in Scrum or agile disciplines, or equivalent experience applying agile frameworks What You’ll Enjoy
