Scrum Master

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and ensure high-

performing, self-organizing teams. The Scrum Master will coach teams on Scrum principles, remove

impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives
• Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices
• Remove impediments and support the team to achieve sprint goals
• Work closely with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog
• Ensure transparency through Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, sprint reports)
• Protect the team from external distractions and scope creep
• Promote continuous improvement and high team performance
