We are Hiring: Scrum Master
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–8 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Experience working with Agile tools like Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Rally, or Trello.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe SM, PMI-ACP).
- Experience working with distributed or scaled Agile teams.
- Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.
