We are currently seeking a Scrum Master to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Release Train Engineer

Servant Leader who acts as the Agile Coach for the ART

Facilitate the ART events, develop and coach ART processes

Enable and ensure the teams adhere to Agile-Scrum WoW standards that includes, but not limited to, QA, DevOps and progress tracking.

Work with Product Management and System Architects to ensure the alignment to strategy and execution of committed work.

Prepare and facilitate all the ART events.

Facilitate ART budgeting and forecasting event

Enable the team so that they can commit to the capacity and the value planned during the Release/Planning event.

Enable relentless improvement and continuous value delivery by monitoring and coaching the ART execution

Actively participate in Community of Practice for self development and implementing best practices

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Around 10 years of IT working experience implementing software solutions

Proven experience in Enterprise software delivery with at least 2+ years of in delivery leadership (RTE)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

SAFe certification for a Release train Engineer or equivalent
