We are currently seeking a Scrum Master to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Responsibilities:
- Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, facilitating the adoption of SAFe practices.
- Educate teams on various Agile frameworks and methodologies, including Scrum, and SAFe.
- Ensure that the agreed-upon Agile process is followed, promoting continuous improvement and high-performing team dynamics.
- Facilitate team and program-level events, such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Portfolio Management, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective program execution....
